According to FX, Archer season 13 will premiere August 24 on cable TV before making it to Hulu the next day. FX hasn’t confirmed how many episodes Archer will have for its thirteenth season. However, if we take a look at previous seasons, the upcoming season of Archer will probably only have 8 to 9 episodes. Each new episode will air every Wednesday after August 24. Archer first hit the airwaves in 2009 and has become a critical hit since. Adam Reed’s sitcom has won several Emmy awards as it makes light of the workplace misadventures of Sterling Archer as well as his ragtag team at the International Secret Intelligence Service, otherwise known as ISIS. A move to FX’s sister network, FXX, hasn’t slowed down Archer at all and FX confirmed renewed it for a thirteenth season last September. Less than a year later, here we are. Archer has 126 episodes for you to rewatch or binge for the first time if you’re new to the series. The show remains very popular to this day but some are complaining that it’s already starting to plateau. We can only wait to find out if Season 13 will breathe some new life into Archer. Then again, FX could be looking at ending Archer with its fourteenth season, as per the common theory. Luckily, August 24 is only a few weeks away, so we won’t have to wait for too long to find out.
