With Obi-Wan Kenobi scheduled to hit Disney+ in May, it appears that Epic is preparing for another Star Wars crossover. According to iFireMonkey, the user spotted Epic Games’ second monitor at the State of Unreal showcase showing a Fortnite game folder that listed all the crossovers coming to the game such as Family Guy, Indiana Jones, and of course, Darth Vader. Vader wouldn’t be the first Sith to hit Fortnite as the game featured his master, Emperor Palpatine, in a limited event before the premiere of The Rise of Skywalker in 2019....

The new mechanic lets players do other things while their Pokémon are exploring and leveling up. Alongside the gameplay feature announcement, the new Treasure Hunt trailer was released revealing story elements, characters, and a giant crab Pokémon. “Let’s Go!” and Auto-battle Pokémon Scarlet & Violet will be adding two new features that allow a Pokémon to explore an area autonomously....

As revealed in a TV Top 5 podcast by Jason Gunn, the Guardians of the Galaxy director confirmed that the future is bright for Peacemaker. Gunn added that Peacemaker takes place in the same universe as the rest of the DCEU. James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad was one of the rare DCEU films that critics and audiences alike loved. But, for some reason, the latest DCEU movie just didn’t do well at the box office, failing to recoup its $185 million budget....

Console manufacturers have taken notice and started to look for ways to integrate the app. PlayStation has already started the integration by letting players link their PSN accounts to Discord. But, it appears that Sony plans to take this even further by integrating the voice chat functionality of discord on the PS5. This will be the most useful in multiplayer cross-platform titles. Less than a week after teasing his return for a third Monkey Island project on his blog, Devolver Digital confirmed that Gilbert and Dave Grossman, the series’ original creators, are back to work on the aptly-titled Return to Monkey Island, a direct sequel to Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge. The best part is that Return to Monkey Island is set to arrive later this year. Many consider the Monkey Island series as one of the best point-and-click games of all time, thanks largely to the work of Gilbert and Grossman....

Some context: Rockstar Games has revealed a while ago that native ports of GTA 5 for the Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 will launch on the 11th of November, and at that point GTA Online will also split off into a standalone game. Disney reportedly pushed through with Black Widow’s hybrid release against Johansson’s wishes, which Johansson’s team claims affected her earnings. Now, reports are saying that Johansson’s team tried to negotiate with Disney so that Johansson would receive $100 million for Black Widow after its release plans changed....

To date, Skull and Bones remain in development. Unfortunately, it’s been revealed that the game will have to move forward without one of its key personnel. Is Skull and Bones ever going to be released? Back in May 2021, Ubisoft broke the unfortunate but expected news about Skull and Bones being delayed to 2022. A few months later, Ubisoft confirmed that the game had finally reached the alpha stage after all these years....

With the launch trailer for Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, Sony is showcasing all the improvements that PS5 owners can expect from the remastered versions of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. In addition to the gameplay footage, the trailer also blends in a handful of in-game cinematics with improved graphics. Unfortunately, the launch trailer is chock full of spoilers.
